Measure the correct size by measuring directly on the body, so without clothing. Use a measuring tape and do not pull the measuring tape too tight.

A. Chest: measure the widest part of the chest, around the nipples.

B. Waist: measure the narrowest part of your upper body.

C. Hip/seat: measure the widest part of your hips, approximately 20 cm below your waist.

D. Inseam: measure from the crotch to the floor.

E. Body length: measure your total height, standing straight against the wall.
