We do not ship surfboards to ensure the board remains in perfect condition. If you order a surfboard from us, you can pick it up in our store in Scheveningen. With that you also get a free cup of coffee and a pastry when picking up your board!
Pick up in our store (Click & Collect)
Pick up in our store in Scheveningen is free. In other words, there are no transport/handling costs regardless of the amount of your order.
Delivery method and delivery time
After ordering, you will receive a transport email containing the intended delivery date and the carrier of this package. By means of a track & trace we can see if and when the package has been delivered. We work with MyParcel and PostNL. Our aim is to deliver the package within 2 working days.
Your order will be picked up the same day at 4:00 PM by PostNL (with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays), it will then be taken directly to the PostNL warehouse. From the moment the package leaves our door, the responsibility for the shipment also transfers to PostNL and we cannot speed up the process.
Delivery by MyParcel and PostNL: As soon as your package has arrived in the PostNL warehouse you will get a track & trace link in your email. With this you can easily track your package from the warehouse to your front door! Firstly your package will be offered to the delivery address you specify. If there is nobody home, the delivery courier will try to deliver your package at one of your neighbors. The delivery courier will put a notice in your mailbox which states where your package has been delivered. In some cases it could happen that the delivery courier takes the package to a nearby PostNL pick-up point when there is nobody home. In this case there also will be a notification in your mailbox where you can pick up your package.
PLEASE NOTE: All our shipments are delivered in 100% recycled shipping boxes. It is therefore possible that there is a different product on the box than what is inside!
